Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Weighing only a little over 2 tons, a new, compact Colt two-horse transporter from Lambourn Engineering Ltd, Lambourn, Newbury, Berks, can be driven by anyone over 17 holding a full car driving licence. Mounted on a petrol-engined Bedford CF chassis-cab, the Colt is fitted with a side and rear ramp and is panelled in swaged aluminium with rust-proof roof of resinbonded glassfibre. The cab is built, to a de luxe specification, for driver and two passengers. Heater, demister and screen washers are fitted as standard. Painting, to customer's choice of colour, is from the ICI polyurethane range of coach finishes.
