Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OSRAM-GEC has introduced a 12V 55W tungsten-halogen spot/fog lamp bulb with a BPF cap. Tungsten-halogen bulbs (formerly called quartz-iodine) have a much greater light output than the standard BPF bulb and remain at peak efficiency throughout their life.

The new bulbs are currently being incorporated in Lucas, Wipac and Stadium auxiliary lamps. In addition, many thousands of earlier fittings made by the companies concerned, as well as those by Miller, Remax, Lumax and so on which use a 12V/48W BPF No. 185 or 323, can now be converted to tungsten-halogen.

Made by: Osram (GEC) Ltd., East Lane, Wembley, Middx.

Price: £1 12s 11d.
