Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

shows that 634,000 people to date are engaged in the Driver CPC process (both LGV and PCV licence holders), meaning they have done at least one of the five days of training required to retain their acquired rights.

However, the DSA has been working on the assumption that there are 500,000 to 750,000 PCV/LGV drivers who need to complete the process by September 2013/14. The flipside of this is that as many as 120,000 drivers haven't done anything towards their Driver CPC yet.

To date almost 22,000 drivers (PCV/LGV) have completed their 35 hours of periodic training.
