trailers at a unit in Endeavour Way, Croydon, and the same number of vehicles and trailers at HCL House in Beddington Farm Road, Croydon, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • the operator will provide the traffic commissioner (TC) with original bank statements and other financial documents, such as overdraft facility agreements or credit card statements, that show the licence holder has access to the appropriate funds for the size and type of licence. These documents are to be received at the office of the TC in Leeds by no later than the 30 September and cover the month of August; • all authorised vehicles will have a thorough and effective pre-MoT inspection; • audit reports will be prepared, acted on and retained for at least two years. A copy of the report will be forwarded to the office of the TC together with the operator's written proposals for implementing any recommendations; • maintenance systems, documentation and vehicle inspections will be audited by a qualified independent transport consultant every three months for a period of at least one year; • HCL will ensure that all existing and new employees will receive induction and annual training and records of all training sessions and attendees will be kept for at least two years; • the haulier will undertake a random audit of at least 25% of the company drivers per month to ensure that the drivers are undertaking their walk round checks correctly. The findings will be recorded and made available to staff from Vosa or the office of the TC on request; • preventive maintenance inspection records will be fully and properly completed, show rectifications and be retained for two years.
