• A public inquiry on 7 August will look at disciplinary action against Reading-based Hine Grab Loader Services.
• Disciplinary action against Sleaford-based Waste Away Solutions will be considered at a hearing on 20 August.
• Bury St Edmunds-based James Waters will attend an inquiry on 29 August, where the repute of the transport manager will be looked at by the TC.
Eastbourne • The TO will consider disciplinary action against AJL Transport based in Sittingbourne at an inquiry on 5 August. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• Tavern Snacks, based in London, will appear before the TO at an inquiry on 5 August. Disciplinary action will be looked at and the business will also submit a variation application.
• At an inquiry on 28 August, the TO will look at disciplinary action against Hayes-based Cowan Plant. The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed.
• An inquiry on 19 September will consider disciplinary action against Pink Leaf based in North Greenford. The transport manager's repute will also be looked at.
