A BAN ON lorries parking overnight in Basildon, Essex, came int force on July 20 when the new town's £120,000 lorry park WE opened.
The new park, on the Burnt Mills Industrial estate, will take up to 60 lorries at a cost of £2 a night. The park brought vehement protests from the Road Haulage Association when plans were approved last year pro
