• Mr. Solly Davis and his son, Mr. Ronald Davis, of Amos Grove, London, N.4. both .ompany directors of Charles Poulter Ltd., )f The Highway, London, E.1, appeared at Wells Street magistrates' court on Wedneslay charged with: 1) Receiving between October 14 1968 tad December 31 1968 one Mercedes chassis ind cab, the property of Normand Commer:ial Vehicles Ltd., knowing the same to have >een stolen within the Greater London area, contrary to S.33 (1) Larceny Act 1916.
2) Between January 1 1969 and January 111969, within the Greater London area, did dishonestly handle certain stolen goods, to wit: one Mercedes chassis and cab knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods, contrary to S.22 (1) Theft Act 1916.
Both defendants elected trial by jury. Court proceedings were continuing when going to press.
