Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A specially designed and livened articulated vehicle has been introduced for the demonstration division of Rolatruc Ltd., pallet truck manufacturer.

The outfit comprises a Leyland Badger tractive unit plated at 26 tons gross and a semidrop-frame trailer from Peak Trailers equipped with Top-Span tilt and Burtonwood tail-lift. The trailer has a payload of 15 tons and will carry a range of demonstration trucks. A special electrical system in the unit provides facilities for re-charging the trucks' batteries while in transit.

To keep a low centre of gravity on the trailer, which is 31 ft 4 in. long by 8 ft. 2-r. in. wide, 750 x 20 wheels and tyres are used. Both the tractive unit and the trailer are equipped with load-sensed braking.

The rear section of the tilt over the tail-lift is arranged to roll back so that trucks with high-lift masts can be carried while other items remain protected from the weather.
