WE NEED a replacement vehicle (new or used) and we kicked off the process of contacting prospective suppliers over two months ago.

We spoke to our local dealer to try to obtain product from there.

Although helpful, nothing was available and the rep promised to pass our details through to new truck sales, who would call to discuss our requirements.

Two months later and not one single sales person has been back in touch with us, We broadened the search to other manufacturers. To this day we have never received a response or even a glimmer of interest.

Being disappointed with the (lack of) response from UK companies, our quest broadened further, and we started to look for a used double-deck drawbar transporter on the Continent.

We talked to several companies, all of whom responded within 24 hours of our initial enquiry Their response has always been helpful and professional.

We operate a customer-focused business, so we are appalled and ashamed to experience such an unacceptable level of service from an industry that is said to be deep in recession. Needless to say. our search continues...
