Test books
• An updated Public Service Inspection Manual and the Public Service Vehicle Amplification Notes will be available from I April for £15 and £18 respectively.
The Inspection Manual sets out procedures in the passenger carrying vehicle test with the reasons why a test certificate will be refused. The Amplification Notes gives the same information for variations in vehicle type and design.
