Policies of defence
• The Freight Transport Association and insurance brokers Bain Clarkson are launching a new policy to cover the cost of defending motor prosecutions.
The policy costs £17.75 per driver per year and offers 24-hour legal advice and the payment of legal fees up to £50,000. There is no limit on the number of claims.
