Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The 240 tanker drivers who deliver to jet service stations and distributors have agreed to work an extra 90 minutes a week with pay frozen at £311.50 for 39 hours.

The deal follows two months' productivity negotiations with the Transport and General Workers Union.

Jet, a trading name of Conoco, says it is also re-evaluating the drivers contracts, but has promised to keep them all on until November. The company says this is an annual review.

Last November Conoco cut 16 LPG tanker driving jobs including 12 from the Gulf-owned Cardiff terminal.

All the redundancies were voluntary the company says.
