Osborn. Transport Holding Company comptroller, is to be presented to the Institute of Transport Congress in Edinburgh this year (April 26-29).
Another paper will be "In,vestment in men and management" by J. 0. Blair Cunynghame, chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
A reception. visits and excursions, and a social programme for the evenings have been arranged.
Meanwhile it is announced that the Institute's Oxford Weekend Conference will be at New College this year, from September 23 to 26. The theme will be "Transport and town and regional planning."
The 1967 Annual Congress will be in Southampton, from April 18 to 21.
