Aberdeen
• On 24 September a PI will look at disciplinary action against Alan Divers and Ronald Divers, trading as R and A Divers Abbeydon Removals, based in Aberdeen.
Edinburgh
• A PI on 24 September will discuss disciplinary action against Falkirk-based DB Stuart.
• The TO will consider disciplinary action against Seacliff Haulage, based in North Berwick, at a hearing on 24 September. • Macduff-based Cott Beverages will submit a new application at a PI on
3 October. • Disciplinary action against Duncan McKee in Airdrie will be considered at an inquiry on
4 October. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
Leeds
• Chester Le Street-based New County Road Surfacing (UK) will make an application at a hearing on 25 September.
• On 25 September the TO will consider disciplinary action against Northern Gas Networks, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
Nottingham
• At a PI on 27 September the TO will review an operating centre of Nottingham-based haulier J Swingler Transport.
