MT HAULAGE CAN base six vehicles and six trailers at a unit in Parsons Road on the North East Industrial Estate, Peterlee, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • the operator will provide the traffic commissioner with 28 days' worth of original bank statements and other financial details that show it has access to the required financial facilities and funds. These details are to be provided by 31 December and will cover the month of November;
• an audit will be conducted by a competent independent person by 31 December. The scope of the audit shall include systems for the management of maintenance, drivers' hours and working time. The audit report will be prepared, acted upon and retained for at least two years. A copy of the report will be forwarded to the traffic area office within 14 days of its receipt together with the haulier's proposals for implementing its recommendations.
