DRIVERS of heavy goods vehicles which break down will now be able to call on Blue Dart Transport. The company has expanded its operations to include a recovery and repair service based at its Stakehill, Manchester, headquarters.

Blue Dart's new service is placed to deal with emergencies on M6, M56, M61, M62 and M63, where more than 100 breakdowns are reported every day. A Leyland Mastiff, fitted with twin-boom Dial Holmes 600 crane gear will be used for recovery.
