As the Licensing Authority for the West Midland traffic area in which the Lorry Driver of the Year Competition is held, may I through your columns congratulate all concerned on this year's competition.
I yield to no one in my respect for our lorry drivers and I think the competition which was so efficiently and successfully organised at Brameote is a great contribution to the cause of road safety which is the concern of all of us.
