Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Specialist manufacturer Andover Trailers says that business is still booming, with an order book worth well over £1 million this year despite the downturn in the trailer market.

It has orders running into next year, thanks mainly to the Special Types legislation, particularly for dual-plated vehicles and the imminent length changes.

Repeat orders from ARC. Redland and Tilcon, and new business including orders from Surrey-based FR Bassett and Roger James of Maidstone for Andover's best-selling product, the Superlowboy low loaders has boosted trailer production to seven days a week.

FR Basset's unit is a 41-tonne version with a BPW air-suspension system that can lower the deck to 775mm and raise the rear axle when running empty to save tyre wear.

At the lighter end, AT has built a centre-axle drawbar trailer for Reedways to bring reed in from Europe.

It features shallow aluminium dropsides with a light TIR-type superstructure and Granning low-height suspension running on 215/75 17.5 tyres.
