Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Stirling County Council has taken delivery of what is believed to be the first demountable mobile library in the UK. Built by SMT of Roseburn, Edinburgh, and mounted on a Bedford chassis, the vehicle has been fitted with Davies demountable equipment which can be operated from within the cab.

The reason for the demountable equipment being used is to ensure that the library is never off the road. If the chassis cab should be required for maintenance or some other job the body can still be used at some location as a library.

The demountable equipment was supplied and fitted by Adrolic Engineering of East Kilbride.
