A Bus Extension Refusal.

OtleyUrban District Council has refused the application of the proprietors of the Cream Bus Service (Otley and Ilkley) to extend their running powers from Otley to Leeds, on the ground that there are already a sufficient number of motorbuses travelling on the Leeds Road.
