Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

They might have been wining and dining well at Confed but things have been different up in Boroughbridge. Apparently drivers on the east coast route have become diet-conscious of late and all they have been having for breakfast in Gray's Transport Cafe is tea and toast. Ken Gray and his wife Judith apparently tried to tempt the trunk men with a breakfast of bacon, egg, sausage, fried bread, beans or tomatoes, tea, bread and butter and all for a mere 381/2p.

Apparently the drivers told Ken they were afraid of getting fat. The result is that the Grays are now bankrupt as a result of running their Copper Kettle cafe for the past three years.
