Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

YORK TRAILERS are on course for the record profit levels of 1974, says chairman Mr Fred Davies in his quarterly report.

The company has also re-opened its Corby plant and the capacity is being used by York's newly acquired subsidiary, Anthony Carrimore Ltd, mainly for producing trailers for export.

York says the plant is extremely busy with work that was proving to be too heavy for the main Carrimore plant in County Durham. It has also taken on a number of the men employed by the company before the plant closed.
