regional directors and a new director of operations. Douglas Moore, former territorial director, takes over the latter post.
Mr Moore will be responsible for the operational and engineering side of the business in the new-style set-up, while former operations director Peter Roberts becomes director of property.
The seven new regional directors are John Parslow, south east; Bill Glenroy, east; Joe Flannery, south west; Geoff Wright, midlands; Roy Ledward, north east; Alan Morris, north west; and David Russell, Scotland.
Managing director Brian Hayward commented: "This year we have made considerable progress and our year-end result will show a dramatic improvement on last year."
Pickfords Removals have appointed Cohn Powell as manager of their Penzance branch. Mr Powell, aged 22, moves from the company's Hereford branch, where he was also manager.
