THE purchasing officer of BRS Federation

Ltd., Mr. A. H. Passey, retired on Monday, when a presentation lias made to him at a gathering of his former colleagues. He is succeeded by Mr. K..1. Gilmore.

Mr. Passey became purchasing officer in 1963, having previously been supplies officer, and having served in several engineering executive positions in the road passenger transport industry.

Mr. Gilmore joined BRS Ltd. in 1962 after holding important commissioned posts in the Army.

On his retirement from the active list, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he was in the Far East as chief instructor, RASC school, and had formerly been co-ordinating staff officer to the transport and supplies director, BAOR.
