family business of Robert Wynn and Sons Ltd, has probably been a greater influence for change in the RHA than any other member. He chaired the study group on cooperation in the mid-Sixties which resulted in marked improvements in organisation and the formation of the National Tipping Service.
Progressive ideas rejected by members nearly 20 years ago have been introduced in the past year or so consequent upon the recommendation of another working party headed by Noel. Now he is more than entitled to rest on his laurels and tend his roses, if you will pardon the metaphor.
