Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE LARGEST road transfer pulverisation station in the country, based at Knowsley, Lancashire, has installed Fuelsafe Sentinel fuelling equipment to speed up the refuelling of its 30.5 tonne 130-ton) eight-wheelers which handle up to 610 tonnes of refuse a day.

Fuelling was supervised by clerks whose main duties lay elsewhere and the procedure inevitably caused delays. Now the drivers, armed with a plastic key, can fuel their vehicles as and when the need arises.

The Fuelsafe system provides a print-out remote from the pump, giving details of the day, date, time, driver code and fleet number. When the driver punches in his mileage reading it will also provide a record of the vehicle's individual total consumption and average fuel consumption.
