Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LAURIE BAKER, Foden Trucks' assistant managing director, is returning to the United States operations of the parent group, Paccar.

Mrs Baker was one of the Paccar management team who came to run the Foden business after Paccar bought the Foden assets from the receiver in October 1980. She came as chief engineer and was promoted to her present position in mid-1983.

She is a stress specialist who worked with fellow Paccar subsidiary Kenworth before coming to Foden. Before that, she worked with Boeing.

Her return to the United States is another stage in the company's policy of Anglicising Foden, and comes soon after long serving Foden man Roy Caddy succeeded American Ross Canterberry as marketing manager.
