Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE LUCAS Bedford Electric Vehicle has won first prize in an international competition sponsored by the French Government.

As a result of this success, Lucas will now be invited to tender for the provision of a substantial number of 1-tonne payload electric vehicles to take part in extensive trials in and around Paris.

The competition was arranged in three categories, covering vehicles up to 1500kg (3,3001b) payload, vehicles up to 400kg (8801b) payload and special vehicles, including vehicles for the disabled.

The Lucas Bedford vehicle was entered in the higher payload category and, out of the 40 finalists in the competition, the Lucas entry was selected along with Peugeot and Fiat as the winner in this class.

The French Government will be making a financial contribution towards the cost of the trial and the vehicles will be operated by various French utilities.
