Expanding service
THE FREIGHT Drivers Register is expanding its services. It proposes this year to introduce the first non-union scheme for giving drivers legal assistance for traffic offences prosecutions.
Also available to all drivers will be a mutual security scheme for protection against fines and protection against loss of livelihood through licence disqualification, illhealth or injury.
