MIDDLESEX haulier who pplied to increase his )perator's Licence from one o seven vehicles had it exended to three vehicles last veek.

A GV9 had been imposed tgainst him for bad maintelance of his vehicle earlier in he year, but he said the sysem was being improved. The icensing Authority limited he licence application penling evidence of improvenents.
