MERGER plans announced by Scottish Road Services Ltd will mean that about 12 employees at their Dumfries subsidiary will become redundant.
Employees at Scottish Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd have been told they are to be merged with another subsidiary, Scottish Road Services (West) Ltd within the next few months.
