Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Dennis Eagle has supplied the UN's first fleet of gas-powered refuse trucks to North East Lincolnshire Council. The council has ordered 13 trucks to create an all-gas fleet.

They will be delivered soon and will go into wheelie-bin ser

vice when the council's £250,000 natural-gas filling station is completed in April. This will be available to other operators by arrangement, says Bernard Warr, the council's head of waste and recycling.

The Phoenix 20 trucks are powered by Cummins C-Series compressed natural gas (CNG) engines. They offer an 11-tonne payload and have a low, flat floor for easy crew access.

Financial help for the £1.75m deal came from the Energy Saving Trust's Powershift fund.
