Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CONSERVATIVE oppositi members of the Greater Lond Council transport commit1 have recorded their disappro of a GLC decision to supp London Transport in its refu to grant a London bus serv agreement to Bexleyhea Transport.

The independent operal wants to run 11 twice-daily co muter services between the Bi leyheath and Orpington areas Kent and the City and West E of London.

An opposition motion for bate by the GLC says that t decision "denies the people Bexleyheath from having a b service in an area which is r provided by London Transpa and precludes the Council frf being able to compare Lond Transport bus services with p vately run bus services."

They say it also would prove useful experiment in line wi the Labour GLC's 1976 policy providing Speedbus services appropriate commuter cor dors.
