Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

411 NCK-Rapier Ltd launched a new range of hydraulic mobile cranes at the Mechanical Handling Exhibition. Available in three versions—the Rapier HY14 for yard work; the HF14, a fast travel mobile crane; and the HS14, a four-wheel drive version for maximum traction—the cranes have been designed and developed to meet handling needs demanded by users in the construction and general industrial fields.

With fully slewing superstructures, the new cranes are powered by. 90 bhp naturally aspirated or 137 bhp turbo-charged engines with torque convertors coupled to a high and low ratio transfer gearbox.

The HF14 can travel at speeds up to 35mph, while the H514 with 4 by 4 drive and larger wheels is intended for construction site operations.

With all-welded box section design chassis for rigidity, the new mobile cranes have a low profile, side-mounted cab for all-round visibility and conveniently placed controls for driver comfort and ease of operation. The configuration of the Rapier HY14 series allows free deck space to be used for load carrying.

Power-assisted, front-wheel steering is standard and hydraulically operated outriggers are controlled from the driver's cab.

All versions are available with a basic hydraulic telescopic jib in two-part 20ft 6in. form, or with threeor four-part telescoping jibs. With extensions, jibs can be extended to 90ft; lifting capacities range up to 12 tons on outriggers.
