• The Industrial Transport Association is to hold a one-day members' conference on November 17 in the Botanical Gardens, Birmingham. The theme is transport legislation and the three speakers who will each deal with a specific aspect of legislation are Mr H. R. Featherstone, FTA director, Mr. T. H. Campbell-Wardlaw, honorary solicitor to the [TA, and Mr F. H. Woodward, transport and distribution manager of the Plessey Group.
