Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A E.C. LTD. is participat;ng in a threeIn– cornered vehicle building project in Trinidad, involving British, Commonwealth and American interests. Their distributors, Neal and Massey Ltd., Port of Spain, have embarked upon a construction programme to assemble A.E.C. bus chassis and fit them with American Wayne bodies. The chassis to be employed in the project is the Reliance 590 underfloor-engined model, and assembly will be undertaken at the Neal and Massey plant at San Fernando.

Previously, all buses have been supplied to Trinidad complete and ready for the road, and have included many A.E.C. vehicles. Amongst the first units being assembled at the new plant are 25 vehicles to be operated by the National Transit System Co. Ltd., in North Trinidad.

These units are 36-ft. 65-seaters, with accommodation for a further 15 standing passengers. Delivery started during May, and all 25 are expected to be in service by mid-September.

Neal and Massey are also to assemble five buses incorporating Wayne bodies on Bedford chassis. These will be operated by N.T.S. in Tobago.
