• Barnsley-operator T Berryman has taken its second Foden eight-wheeler tipper equipped with skip handling crane for glass recycling duties.
Both have 7.31m, 1.53m high aluminium bodies, built by Stanley Tippers of Bedale in North Yorkshire, that tip via Harsh K110 twin-ram underfloor gear.
A Hiab 071 loading crane, set behind the cab, has a skip handling attachment.
Fully equipped the vehicles weigh around 12 tonnes and will join Berrymans 25 strong fleet, collecting 150,000 tonnes of waste glass per year from depots in London, Birmingham and Motherwell.
