• Police investigating the murder of 18-year-old Tina Bell are trying to trace the driver of a truck parked in Mill Lane, Billingham, Cleveland on the weekend of 3/4 June last year.
The vehicle had a sleeper cab, was metallic blue or grey, with brown curtains and stick ers on the side windows. It had an uneven load under a tarpaulin. The driver is said to be of mixed race, in his early twenties, about 5ft 8in (1.72m) with a black crewcut, thin legs and wearing tan rigger boots.
