High Court dispute between TNT Materials Handling and Flomotion, of Billingshurst, Sussex, which was formed by two former TNT employees.
Flomotion has agreed not to deal with most of TNT's liquid bulk container customers until after 15 December, and is to pay TNT 235,000 in legal costs.
