Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Just 11 days after denying plans to merge Trailerent into Central Trailer Rentco, parent company Tiphook has announced just such a move.

Twenty Trailerent staff have been made redundant, including managing director Mike Dibbs and directors John Rice and Jim McGovern, Another 56 staff have been given three months notice; CTR managing director Rodney Stoyel hopes many of these will be absorbed into CTR. Trailerent's finance director Brian Taylor is expected to take over the same role at CTR. Seven Trailerent sites will be closed; the remaining nine will boost CTR's network to 36 depots, giving the company a presence in Peterborough and Stoke-onTrent for the first time.

Stoyel says Trailerent's 4,600 trailers will be reliveried in crx colours, boosting the crx fleet to 25,600.

CTR completed the 29.35m acquisition of Trailerent in May after the purchase was given the go-ahead by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission.
