• The first two Montracon coil carrying, curtainsided semi-trailers have been bought by Newport haulier Sheddick Transport for Continental work.
The semi-trailers have sliding roofs, complete with moving rear crossbars which operate via a hand-winding winch and drum mechanism set within the front bulkhead. The Rubcry Owen Rockwell tri-mded Flexair-sprung curtainsiders have removable covers for the wood-lined deck wells to enable palletised and packaged goods to be carried.
