Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A £2.5 million road terrninal, featuring the latest bottom loading equipment and computerised control, has been opened by BP Oil at Grain in Kent.

The new site, built on BP's old Grain refinery will serve petrol stations and commercial and industrial customers in Kent. Sussex and the south east of London.

All of the vehicles for the new terminal are designed for bottom loading, which BP says is quicker, easier and more economical than conventional top loading.

Computers at the terminal control driver's pay, stock maintenance monitoring, efficiency monitoring, vehicle routeing, delivery documentation, and from the autumn it will control access to the terminal through personal identity cards issued to drivers.
