Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• ketitco Nationwide, the Fruehauf trailer rental and contract hire subsidiary, has put its first step-frame skeletal semi-trailers into service.

The batch of 10 Crane Freuhauf, 10.25m, tri-axle, step-frame skeletals has been divided between three Rentco depots at Heathrow, Hull and Middlesbrough.

Michael Boston, Rentco's sales and marketing manager, says: "Demand for trailers like these which keep the centre of gravity low when carrying bulk liquid in containers is growing all over the country, but particularly in the North East."

Three of the new Rentco step-frames have been taken on a six months contract by Hoyer (UK) of Huddersfield, part of one of Europe's largest bulk transport specialists. Hoyer's general purpose fleet in the British Isles is being strengthened with the Rentco trailers as part of a new move into the Irish market.
