THE LT40 petrol-engined high-roof van has been tested over CM's light van route. Plated at 3.5 tonnes gvw, giving a maximum payload capacity of 1.57 tonnes, the vehicle returned a consumption figure of 16.6 lit I 100km (16.99mpg) unladen on 91 octane (two-star) fuel. A full test report will be published on September 6.
