Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A new range of low-profile manhole covers has been announced from Emko Wheaton UK. The company claims that the latest design provides increased strength in the cover arm while the venting has been imprpved to meet anticipated changes in the regulations for the carrying of petroleum spirit. The new range is to metric dimensions but is interchangeable with previous designs.

The 455 mm (18.75 in) cover has two blanked off fixing points primarily for fitting a dip tube and a top operator, but they could also be used for other accessories such as a high-level sensing device or an additional vent. All the new designs are available with a built-in locking feature with fixed or removable key and provision for a padlock or sealing wire.

Available from: Emco Wheaton UK Ltd, Westwood, Margate, Kent.
