THE ANNUAL Tip-ex show has never been more important to the bulk tipper market than now, given economic uncertainty in the UK, according to manufacturers.
Hyva MD Tony Davies says since the irst show at Harrogate in 2007, it has established itself as the only show that caters speciically for the bulk transport sector. “We have always supported Tip-ex and believe it has a vital role to play in our industry.
“Not only do we get to demonstrate our products to [customers], it also gives us an opportunity to support our chassis, trailer and bodybuilder customers who are out in force,” he adds.
Vito Ronzano, MD of tipper body manufacturer Wilcox, says: “We believe that our industry needs a dedicated exhibition that brings all the manufacturers together with suppliers and customers.” ● The Tip-ex 2012 show runs from 25 to 27 May.
