Metro-Cammell Weymann, the Birminghambased bus and coach builder which is being sold by its owner Laird_ Laird managing director Erick Porter says eight companies have expressed an interest in buying MCW or its sister company Metro-Cammell. MCW is Laird's only lossmaker. Porter says MCW and MC are likely to be sold separately by June.
