Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ENVIRONMENTAL protection can be overdone. John Till, of Farnborough, Hampshire, certainly thinks so.

He kept two preserved double-deck buses in the 12acre grounds of a private house which was some 500yd from its nearest neighbour. On a complaint by some anonymous nark, the local council forced him to remove the vehicles.

With great difficulty he found a new home for them among about 10 other preserved buses and coaches in a disused railway goods yard 35 miles away. The yard owner has now been told by the local council to reduce the number of stored vehicles because the site's present use has not been approved, and John Till is on the road again.

He has been chased off, would you believe, because of a complaint by a passenger in a passing train. May the spoilsport for ever miss the bus.
