It is said that every cloud has a silver lining and the lorry drivers strike is no exception.
What an amazing change of tune by the media — no longer are we hearing the usual antijuggernaut rubbish. Instead we are hearing tales of doom and gloom for lack of moving lorries!
The effect on many hauliers may well be devastating but nevertheless the drivers have rubbed the public and Parliamentary nose in the puddle of reality and will undoubtedly have caused a shift in public opinion which. I hope, the RHA will exploit fully M. H. INGHAM-JOHNSON Theme, Oxon.
