Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

associated equipment in anticipation of operators' needs as a result of the new regulations. We intend offering service contracts to fleet operators in our area. Could you advise on suitable wording for such contracts?

A It is appreciated that there is likely

to be a considerable demand for a brake testing service such as you have in mind. But it seems doubtful whether a comprehensive contract agreement similar, for example, to that commonly used when a commercial vehicle is let out on long-term hire, would be necessary when brake testing only was being provided.

We have inquired of trade associations but they have no knowledge of contract agreements for this particular purpose. We consider that it would normally be a matter for commercial negotiation between the two parties when the contract was initially arranged and also subsequently should any difference arise.
